I grew up in northwest Ohio, helping my father with his business. I began appreciating him at the age of 12 and have developed a deep knowledge and understanding of running a successful enterprise. I inherited my father's unique insight and knowledge. I carry on the tradition started in the Hatfield family many years ago.
